Where?

  1. In the office
  2. Outsourced to a venue at your convenience
  3. Outdoors

This is dependant on;

  • Office - if you would like an exercise class we would need to discuss dimensions, flooring type, numbers etc.
  • Outsourced - do you know of a venue you would prefer, or feel would be more suitable? Would you like a change of scenery?
  • Outdoors - would you like some fresh air and prefer an outdoor seminar or exercise class. Business monkeys would carry out risk assessment for all outdoor venues and loacations.
  • Resources - for exercise classes I would provide all equipment necessary, electrical seminar presentation material will be discussed prior to booking.



When?

Business monkeys seminars and classes are available for booking 24 hrs a day, from 00:01 to midnight! If you would like a seminar or exercise class at 05:00 hrs or 22:00 hrs, then you have that option.



Delivery?

You have 3 options

  1. Exercise classes
    Involves individuals actively participating in physical activity, PDF PAR Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) available from PDF download page. Classes are designed for all abilities, indoors or outdoors.
  2. Seminar presentations
    Dependant on resources at your selected venue, presentation style and preference, seminars can be tailored to your companies needs. Handouts may be made available on request.
  3. Select full membership
    Utilise the exercise videos, PDF downloads, education information, e-books, eternal health diet, blog articles, newsletters and conference calls to achieve your desired goal.
